The Regional Data Dissemination Forum on the Results of the 2020 Census of Population and Housing (2020 CPH) was conducted by PSA RSSO MIMAROPA on 27 July 2021 at 1:00 p.m. through Zoom Meeting platform. The official population count pursuant to the Proclamation No. 1179 has been reported, which highlighted the current population, the annual population growth rate, and the density of the MIMAROPA Region at its provinces and highly urbanized city.
In 2019, the MIMAROPA region’s volume of chicken production in 2019 reached a total of 11,174 metric tons liveweight which translates to a 0.6 percent share to the national production of chicken. As of January 1, 2019, the beginning inventory of all types of chicken was registered at 4.56 million birds. An estimated 7.75 million heads were dressed in Poultry Dressing Plants, an increase by 2.7 percent from 7.56 million heads in the previous year.
The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) RSSO MIMAROPA announces the conduct of 2021 Listing of Marine Fish Landing Centers (LMFLC). The listing operation will start on September 01 to 30, 2021.
