On April 12, 2024, the Philippine Statistics Authority presented the 2022 Community-Based Monitoring System official data to the Local Government of San Vicente through a Data Turnover Ceremony at the Executive Building Session Hall of the said municipality.

The event was led by MIMAROPA Regional Director Leni R. Rioflorido with the Chief Statistical Specialists, Ma, Leizl L. Magbojos of Statistical Operation and Coordination Division and Maria Lalaine M. Rodriguez of PSO Palawan. Honorable Mayor Amy Roa Alvarez accepted the data alongside with Vice Mayor Ramir R. Pablico, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer Katrina A. Gabunia, and Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator Jessie C. Velete.  Also present to witness in the data turnover ceremony were Municipal Civil Registrar Lucille C. Laong, Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer Jennilyn C. Laro and other department heads of LGU San Vicente.

Vice Mayor Pablico started the ceremony with a welcome message,  followed by a recorded video message from PSA Undersecretary, National Statistician and Civil Registrar General Claire Dennis S. Mapa.  MLGOO Gabunia and RD Rioflorido also delivered their messages of appreciation and congratulatory to LGU San Vicente for the successful 2022 CBMS Operation. The highlights of the result of the 2022 CBMS of the municipality was presented by Palawan Provincial CBMS Focal Person Jesus Niño M. Sorima. 

The representatives and witnesses from both PSA and LGU San Vicente signed the Data Turnover Agreement, which was followed by the awarding of the CBMS Data token. Mayor Alvarez delivered a message of acceptance and appreciation, while MPDC Velete and MCR Laong spoke about the importance of implementing data privacy measures with the CBMS Data. Planning Officer I Jimmy V. Encomienda presented the plans and programs of the LGU for using the CBMS Data, and CSS Rodriguez concluded the event with closing remarks.
