SPECIAL RELEASE

Registered Live Births in Municipality of San Teodoro: 2022

More males were born than females

In 2022, more males (44 or 56.4 percent share) were born than female (34 or 43.6 percent share), resulting in 129 males per 100 females sex ratio at birth. (Figure 1)

Most of the births were late registered

Out of the 78 registered births, 51 births were late registered, of this, 27 births were males (52.9 percent) and 24 births were males (47.1 percent). Conversely, a total of 27 births were late registered, 17 births (63.0 percent) were females while 10 births (37.0 percent) were males.
