In line with its continuous efforts to improve Domestic Trade Statistics in the country, the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) is conducting Commodity Flow Survey (CFS). This survey aims to gather information on the movement of commodities from one province to another via road mode of transport.

This survey covers selected establishments engaged in Agriculture, Forestry and Fishing, Mining and Quarrying, Manufacturing, and Wholesale Trade Sections in the country. The generated statistics will be used for regional development programs, such as countryside development planning, market research and feasibility studies. Moreover, the data collected will play a key role in the estimation of Regional Accounts in the country.

The MIMAROPA Region has 129 sample establishments for this survey. All information collected in the 2025 CFS pertains to commodities that were transported by an establishment via road mode of transport with the reference quarter of the year.

The data collection will start on April 7 until May 8, 2025. The sample establishments will respond to the survey through accomplishing the hard copy of CFS questionnaire.

To avoid penalty stated in Section 27 of RA 10625, PSA seeks the support and cooperation from the public, particularly from sample establishments to provide timely, accurate, and truthful data. Establishments are required to submit on set schedule for the collection of questionnaires.
