To present the December 2023 inflation report of Marinduque, the PSA-Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) held a press conference on              12 January 2024, at the Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office, Boac, Marinduque. 

Chief Statistical Specialist Ms. Gemma N. Opis, presented the province's December 2023 inflation report.She provided detailed information on the commodity groupings that contributed to the changes in price levels, as well as the main contributors to the province's inflation rate. Following her presentation, participants were encouraged to ask clarifying questions through an open forum. 

The press conference received support from various provincial departments in the province, including Department of Labor and Employment-Marinduque Field Office, Provincial Planning and Development Office, DILG-Marinduque, Provincial Budget Office, Marinduque Provincial Agriculture Office, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Agrarian Reform and Marinduque Provincial Engineers Office.
