MARINDUQUE PROVINCIAL STATISTICAL OFFICE. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) is currently conducting the First Quarter 2025 Crops Production Survey (Households and Establishments), for ten days covering the period March 15 - 26, 2025, including Saturdays and Sundays.

The CrPS, one of the major agricultural surveys conducted quarterly by the PSA aims to generate estimates on volume of production, area planted/harvested, number of bearing hills/vines, and farmgate prices for crops other than palay and corn at national and sub-national levels.

PSA Marinduque hired four Statistical Researchers (SRs) to conduct personal interviews with 2 sample establishments in the province and 332 sample households from 56 sample barangays across the province.

In this regard, the sample households and establishments are encouraged to participate in this nationwide undertaking by providing the necessary and accurate information.

According to Section 19 of Republic Act No. 10173, the “Data Privacy Act of 2012,” all collected information will be kept confidential. Section 26 of RA No. 10625 states that individual data provided to the PSA for statistical inquiries is privileged communication and inadmissible as evidence in any proceeding.
