The training was led by SSII Bobby M. Natal, the Outlet Supervisor of the CRS Outlet in Odiongan, and IOI Joshua F. Falcunit from PhilSys, under the supervision of CSS Johnhy F. Solis. Participants were educated on the distinguishing characteristics of various authentic supporting documents and IDs issued by multiple government agencies, which formed a fundamental aspect of the training. Among the documents evaluated during the training included Civil Registry documents printed on SECPA (Security Paper for Civil Registy Documents), National ID, Driver’s License, Philippine ePassport, National Police Clearance, NBI Clearance, PRC ID, PhilHealth ID, and Tax Identification Card. This initiative aimed to equip participants with the knowledge, tools, and best practices necessary for effectively validating supporting documents in diverse scenarios typically encountered during National ID registration operations and CRS outlet transactions, in alignment with the guidelines established by PSA.

This initiative underscores the commitment of PSA Romblon to combat fraudulent activities during transactions. It represents the initial step in a broader effort to prevent fraud and enhance the quality of services delivered in accordance with the mandates set forth by the PSA.
