In 2023, Marinduque Province recorded a total of 2,819 live births. Among the months, January saw the highest number of live births, with a total of 294. This peak reflects a robust start to the year, suggesting a higher birth rate in the early months. Conversely, July experienced the lowest number of live births, recording only 196. The gender distribution of these births was slightly skewed towards males, with 1,520 male infants and 1,299 female infants. This translates to a gender ratio where males account for 53.9 percent of the total births, while females make up 46.1 percent. This data provides insights into the birth trends and gender ratios for the year, indicating a balanced yet slightly male-biased birth rate.


Registered Marriages
Throughout 2023, a total of 1,044 marriages were registered in Marinduque Province. February, commonly associated with love and romance, recorded the highest number of marriages with 183. This peak in February aligns with cultural and societal patterns favoring wedding ceremonies during this month. On the other hand, August recorded the lowest number of marriages, with only 23. Registered Deaths
The total number of registered deaths in Marinduque Province for 2023 was 1,787. Among these, 1,008 deaths were male, representing 56.4 percent of the total, while 779 deaths were female, accounting for 43.6 percent. January saw the highest number of deaths, with 167 recorded fatalities. This peak could be attributed to various factors, including seasonal health issues or other demographic influences. In contrast, September recorded the lowest number of deaths, with 127.
