For the year 2023, the Philippine Identification System (PHILSYS) Step 2 Registration of Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office has a target output of 72,830 registrants. Cumulatively, the province of Marinduque successfully registered 20,434 registrants by the end of December 2023, which is equivalent to 28.06 percent of the total target.
On 28 June 2021, PhilSys started the Step 2 Registration in the province of Marinduque with a target of 215,350 registrants, all of which are five years old and above. By the end of December 2023, the Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office has already registered a cumulative total of 190,135 Marinduqueños, which is equivalent to 88.29 percent of the target individuals set in 2021.
The municipality with the highest number of registrants was the Municipality of Boac with 48,279 registrants, which is equivalent to 93.58 percent of the population target. On the other hand, the municipality of Mogpog has the lowest number of registered registrants with a total of 25,997 registrants, equivalent to 83.15 percent of the population target.
As of 31 December 2023, the number of completed Step 2 Registrations in the province of Marinduque was 190,135, which accounts for 88.29 percent of the target population.
PHILID DELIVERY UPDATES ACCORDING TO PHILPOST
At the end of October 2023, PhilPost has already delivered 54,800 PHILIDs throughout the province of Marinduque. Among all municipalities, the highest number of issued PhilIDs was recorded in the Municipality of Boac, with a total of 20,682 PhilIDs, while the Municipality of Buenavista has the lowest number of issued PhilIDs with the total of 3,418 PhiIIDs.
ISSUANCE OF EPHILID
For the year 2023, the Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office had a target output of 53,790 in ePhilID Issuance. As of 31 December 2023, the total cumulative ePhilIDs issued reached 62,431 which is equivalent to 116.06 percent of the total target, surpassing the target output of 53,790.
As of December 31, 2023, the total number of issued ePhilIDs in the province of Marinduque has reached 150,503. Among all municipalities, the highest number of issued ePhilIDs was recorded in the Municipality of Santa Cruz, with a total of 40,377 ePhilIDs, while the Municipality of Buenavista has the lowest number of issued ePhilID with the total of 16,070 ePhiIIDs.
