10 June 2025 – GASAN, MARINDUQUE. In line with the agency’s enduring commitment to inclusive and community-based public service, the     Philippine Statistics Authority – Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office (PSO), in partnership with the Gasan Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO), conducted the second round of Mobile Civil Registration Services and Information Dissemination on 10 June 2025 at Antipolo Elementary School, Gasan, Marinduque. This activity forms part of the Brigada Eskwela 2025 celebration, anchored on the theme “Sama-sama para sa Bayang Bumabasa.”

The initiative delivered vital civil registration services— mobile acceptance of request of PSA copies of documents—directly to the grassroots level, enabling learners, parents, and school personnel to conveniently access government services without the need to travel far from their communities.

By integrating civil registration efforts with education-oriented programs, PSA Marinduque and Gasan LCRO reaffirm their shared advocacy to uphold the right to legal identity and strengthen public access to fundamental documentation. This approach not only enhances administrative efficiency but also promotes equitable access to rights, entitlements, and opportunities—ensuring that no one is left behind in the provision of essential services.

This sustained collaboration reflects both agencies’ proactive stance in building a citizen-centric service environment where inclusivity, accessibility, and responsiveness are at the core of governance.
