BOAC, MARINDUQUE. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) is currently conducting the 1st  2025 Commodity Flow Survey (CFS) from 07-18 April 2025. 

The Commodity Flow Survey (CFS) is a new initiative undertaken by the PSA to gather quarterly information on the movement of commodities between provinces via road transport. This survey covers selected establishments engaged in Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing, Mining and Quarrying, Manufacturing, and Wholesale Trade sectors across the country. The statistics generated from this survey will enhance the existing Domestic Trade Statistics (DTS), which currently compile data for air and water transport modes only.

All information collected in the 2025 CFS pertains to commodities transported by establishments via road transport within the reference quarter of the year. Quarter One Statistical Researcher was hired to distribute and collect the 1st 2025 CFS questionnaires from a total of eight sample establishments across the province. 

The quality of the data collected is critical to the success of this survey. Hence, the owners of the sample establishments are encouraged to participate by providing accurate and complete information. All information gathered will be treated with the utmost confidentiality, in accordance with Section 19 of Republic Act (RA) No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
