On 11 April 2024, the Philippine Statistics Authority – Provincial Statistical Office of Palawan officially turned over the 2022 Community-Based Monitoring System to the local government of Brooke’s Point held at Brooke’s Point Convention Center. The Data Turnover Ceremony was led by PSA MIMAROPA Regional Director Leni R. Rioflorido together with Chief Statistical Specialists, Ma. Leizl L. Magbojos of PSA MIMAROPA and Maria Lalaine M. Rodriguez of PSO Palawan. The CBMS Data was accepted by Honorable Mayor Cesareo R. Benedito Jr. and witnessed by Municipal Planning and Development Coordinator Joie C. Piramide, EnP., Municipal Civil Villaruel, and Municipal Administrator Edgar P. Lacandazo. Also present in the ceremony were Ms. Coralyn C. Atienza, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer of the Department of the Interior and Local Government, and other PSA and LGU Brooke’s Point personnel. 

MLGOO Atienza started the event with a welcome message. PSA Undersecretary, National Statistician, and Civil Registrar General Claire Dennis S. Mapa expressed his appreciation in a recorded video message. RD Rioflorido also congratulated and expressed her appreciation to LGU Brooke's Point for the successful 2022 CBMS Operation. Palawan Provincial CBMS Focal Person Jesus Niño M. Sorima presented the highlights of the municipality's 2022

The representatives and witnesses of both PSA and LGU signed the Data Turnover Agreement, followed by the awarding of CBMS Data token. Mayor Benedito delivered an acceptance message, and MPDC Piramide presented the LGU’s plans and programs for utilizing the CBMS Data. CSS Magbojos summarized the program's flow, and CSS Rodriguez concluded the event with a closing remark.
