04 July 2024 – MARINDUQUE PROVINCIAL STATISTICAL OFFICE. The Philippine Statistics Authority, in collaboration with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), recently unveiled the Digital National ID, which encompasses the National ID eVerify and National ID Check authentication platforms. These innovative solutions aim to revolutionize service delivery, streamline processes, and significantly mitigate the risks associated with identity fraud, ensuring enhanced security and convenience for all Filipinos.

To support this initiative, the Philippine Statistics Authority Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) is actively engaging the public by disseminating information about the newly introduced Digital National ID. This proactive approach involves offering hands-on assistance at the PhilSys Fixed Registration Center (FRC), where registered individuals can receive guidance on accessing their Digital National IDs, resolving any potential issues, and acquiring proficiency in utilizing the new digital platforms.

Additionally, the office conducted several informational sessions with partnered agencies. These sessions are designed to educate partner agencies about the benefits of the Digital National ID, address any concerns, and ensure a smooth transition to the new system.

The agency will persist in its efforts to cultivate a supportive environment that fosters widespread adoption and maximizes the positive impact of the Digital National ID on society.

Individuals enrolled in the National ID system can access and review their Digital National ID through https://national-id.gov.ph or by downloading the eGovPH app. This process entails entering demographic information and undergoing facial verification to confirm one's identity.

Moreover, the National ID eVerify platform features the National ID Check functionality, accessible at https://everify.gov.ph, enabling users to authenticate various formats of the National ID, including the Digital National ID, by scanning the QR code feature.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, please reach us via email at marinduque@psa.gov.ph. Alternatively, you can also reach us via our landline numbers: (042)332-0848 or (042)754-0024.
