28 August 2024 – POBLACION, TORRIJOS, MARINDUQUE. PSA Marinduque, together with PSA RSSO MIMAROPA, brings another journey of Mobile CRS Outlet service in LGU Torrijos on 28 August 2024. This initiative was led by Regional Director Ms. Leni R. Rioflorido and Chief Statistical Specialist Ms. Gemma N. Opis, in collaboration with LGU Torrijos and LCRO Torrijos.

The Mobile CRS Outlet aims to provide accessible and efficient civil registration services to the residents of Torrijos, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to secure vital documents such as birth certificates, marriage certificates, and death certificates without the need to travel long distances. This outreach program is part of PSA's ongoing commitment to improving public service delivery and fostering community engagement. In addition, the roll-out of the Mobile CRS Outlet has an ultimate purpose of releasing requested documents on the same day.

During the event, local officials and PSA representatives conducted a brief program to further explain the services offered and the importance of maintaining accurate vital records. They also highlighted other valuable programs and services provided by the PSA, emphasizing the agency's role in supporting the community's needs.

Throughout the day, hundreds of documents were processed, marking the initiative as a resounding success. The positive feedback from the community underscored the importance of such outreach programs and highlighted the impactful role of PSA in making government services more accessible to the people.

This initiative not only underscores the importance of civil registration but also highlights the collaborative efforts between government agencies and local government units to bring essential services closer to the people. Through initiatives like these, PSA continues to make strides in promoting inclusive and accessible public services for all Filipinos.
