PSA Oriental Mindoro Launches the
"Rehistro Bulilit Gampaign" National lD Registration for
zero to four years old in Municipality of Roxas

05 December 2024 - ROXAS, ORIENTAL MINDORO. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) of Oriental Mindoro successfully launched the "Rehistro Bulilit" National lD Registration for zero to four years old in the municipality of Roxas, Oriental Mindoro. This campaign seeks to enhance access to the National lD System for children and advocate for an inclusive identification system for all Filipinos. This is also an initiative of PSA to encourage parents/guardians to register their children in the National lD System.

The team distributed snacks and makeshift tokens for children and parents to guarantee a smooth registration procedure. ln addition to providing registration services, the National lD team also assisted clients in generating their digital National lD and accepted requests for issuance of National lD printed on paper as well as the retrieval of their transaction reference numbers. The team was able to register 81 individuals at the aforementioned activity, with 53 of them belonging to ages zero to four.

Additionally, to improve the National lD registration, PSA Oriental Mindoro consistently runs mobile registration, National lD registration on wheels, LGU-fixed, lnstitutional registration, Private establishment co-location, DSWD FDS co-location and school mobile registration including the child development centers. The Rehrstro Bulilit Campaign National lD registration for zero to four years old launching wil! continue in the remaining municipalities in the province.
