04 July 2025 – PUERTO PRINCESA CITY. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Palawan actively participated in the One-Stop Shop Segment during the Job Fair Activity at Palawan State University (PSU) held on June 26, 2025, at the PAC Building, PSU, Puerto Princesa City. The event aimed to provide accessible government services alongside job placement opportunities for students and job seekers.

PSA Palawan showcased its frontline civil registration services through the Batch Request Entry Query System (BREQS), allowing clients to request copies of birth, marriage, death certificates, and Certificate of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) without visiting the PSA office. The activity primarily served first-time job seekers, making civil registry documents more accessible during a crucial stage of their employment journey. A total of 17 BREQS transactions were successfully catered during the event.

In support of public awareness, PSA Palawan also conducted an information dissemination activity during the event. A total of 58 brochures related to civil registration services were distributed to participants.

While PSA Palawan’s participation in the event included civil registration-related services, the agency also supported the broader objectives of the Job Fair by offering employment opportunities and providing National ID services, such as registration, status verification, and issuance of ePhilID.

As a token of appreciation, PSA Palawan was awarded a Certificate of Appreciation for its valuable contribution to the success of the event. The agency reaffirms its commitment to delivering accessible and people-centered civil registration services across the province.
