It was participated by four (4) teams from the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), Philippine Coast Guard (PCG), Philippine National Police (PNP), and Barangay Local Government Unit (BLGU), each with 5 selected members. At the end, the team of the PCG was hailed champion while the team of BLGU earned the 2nd spot.

A key moment of the ceremony was the distribution of SECPA (Security Paper) Birth Certificates to seventeen (17) beneficiaries of the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP). LCRO staff Mr. Francis Magallon, representing Municipal Civil Registrar Mr. Kenneth Benedicto, participated in presenting the civil registry documents to the beneficiaries. Moreover, as part of the social responsibility of PSA Romblon, which aims to give back to the community, the office distributed free Birth Certificates and school supplies to twenty-two (22) Day Care pupils from Barangay I.

Also, the event featured an exhibit which included latest infographics on Civil Registration and National ID and provided PhilSys services such as Step-2 registration, ePhillD issuance, and Transaction Reference Number (TRN) verification and retrieval.

Further, PSA Romblon handed out flyers and primers that provided information on the numerous laws, rules, regulations, procedures, and guidelines in civil registration and National ID. Tokens such as umbrellas, bags, notebooks, and fans were also given to the participants.

Finally, on his wrap-up note, Senior Statistical Specialist Mr. Gerald M. Morada, on behalf of the PSA-Romblon, extended his gratitude to all participants who supported the successful roll-out.
