01 February 2024 – Nuciti Central Calapn, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro. With the theme "CRVS: The Future of Seamless Services," the Philippine Statistics Authority - Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) MIMAROPA kicked off the 34th CRM Month. The event commenced with a motorcade around the surrounding area of Nuciti Central Calapan. The activity began with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, officially opening the Civil Registration Exhibit. This showcase featured informative displays and exhibits, providing a comprehensive overview of the importance of civil registration in the community.

Following the opening ceremony, a short but impactful program followed. Mr. Mark Laurence O. Guilles, Program Officer III of the Commission on Population, served as the keynote speaker. Furthermore, Regional Director Leni R. Rioflorido expressed gratitude to everyone for their continued support in PSA MIMAROPA's initiatives.

The 34th CRM Opening Ceremony successfully brought together stakeholders from various sectors to promote a unified understanding of the importance of CRVS. The collaborative efforts of government agencies, private sectors, and educational institutions underscored the commitment to building a seamless and efficient civil registration system for the future.
