29 July 2025 – MARAYOS, PINAMALAYAN, ORIENTAL MINDORO. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) of Oriental Mindoro in its continuous effort to bring civil registration and government services closer to the grassroots, in coordination with the Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of Pinamalayan, successfully conducted a One-Stop Government Service Caravan on 29 July 2025 at Brgy. Marayos, Pinamalayan, Oriental Mindoro.

Among the key services provided by the PSA were Mobile Birth Registration under the Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP) and National ID Registration. A total of 20 clients were assisted and benefitted from BRAP, helping ensure their civil registration records are accurate and officially recognized. Meanwhile, 72 clients successfully completed their National ID registration, further contributing to the agency’s goal of inclusive national identification.

The activity became more meaningful through the active participation of various partner agencies and organizations, including the Integrated Bar of the Philippines – Pinamalayan Chapter, Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), PhilHealth, and the Municipal Health Office of Pinamalayan. Each agency offers vital services catering to the community’s social, health, and legal needs.

Also lending full support to the initiative was the PSA Regional Statistical Services Office (RSSO) MIMAROPA, which provided Civil Registration Service (CRS) mobile service outlet, enabling clients to request and receive their civil registry documents on-site.

This collaborative outreach activity highlights the PSA’s commitment to its mandate of inclusive and accessible civil registration and statistical services. The agency remains steadfast in its mission to ensure that every Filipino, regardless of geographic location or socioeconomic status, is documented and included in the national database.
