16 April 2025 - CALAPAN CITY, ORIENTAL MINDORO. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) of Oriental Mindoro will be conducting the 2024 Annual Survey of Philippine Business and Industry (ASPBI) starting 21 April 2025.

The 2024 ASPBI aims to collect and generate information on the levels, structure, performance, and trends of economic activities of the economy for the year 2024. Specifically, the survey results will be utilized in constructing national and regional income accounts, formulating and monitoring policies to achieve national and regional economic goals, assessing and comparing regional economic structures and performances, and analyzing the distribution of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) to the overall economy.

The survey will gather key data on the following items: employment, revenue, expense, e-commerce sales and purchases, capital expenditures, book value, and capacity utilization.

Data collection for the 2024 ASPBI is scheduled from May to July 2025, with the survey results expected to be released not later than 31 July 2026.

The PSA strongly encourages all sample establishments to actively participate in the 2024 ASPBI by providing accurate and truthfu information for data-driven national and regional economic policies and MSME analysis.
