13 August 2025 – CALAPAN CITY, ORIENTAL MINDORO. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Oriental Mindoro Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) will be conducting the 2025 Updating of List of Agricultural Farm Operators and Inland Fishing Households, and 2025 Listing of Marine Fish Landing Center (ULAFO-LMFLC) starting 25 August 2025.

The activity aims to develop a statistical sampling frame that contains an updated list of agriculture farm operators and inland fishing households (i.e., household with at least one member engaged in inland fishing) and updated list of marine fish landing centers nationwide.

The 2025 ULAFO and Inland Fishing Households will cover all barangays that are not covered in the 2022 Census of Agriculture and Fisheries (CAF) while the 2025 LMFLC will cover all 15 city/municipalities in Oriental Mindoro.

A total of 123 Statistical Researchers (SRs) comprising 11 pre-selected Team Supervisors and 112 Enumerators will conduct data collection using tablets, following the Computer-Assisted Personal Interviewing (CAPI) approach.

The third-level training for the 2025 ULAFO-LMFLC Team Supervisors was conducted on 04 to 08 August 2025, while the fourth-level training for the enumerators will be on 18 to 22 August 2025.

Data collection for the 2025 ULAFO-LMFLC is scheduled from August to October 2025 with the listing frame expected to be used for the First Quarter 2026 quarterly surveys on agriculture and fisheries.

The PSA is committed to deliver relevant and reliable statistics. Hence, the agency encourages the public, especially the target households, to participate in the various censuses and surveys conducted by the PSA. The agency also assures that all collected personal information is processed in accordance with the law and other issuances.
