The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) celebrated Valentine's Day with an act of kindness through a gift-giving activity. The aim of this event was to honor and recognize the love and sacrifices of exemplary solo parents, with Barangay Amoingon, Boac, Marinduque, as the chosen beneficiary community.

A total of 20 solo parents were given gifts, including pre-loved clothing items and groceries provided by PSA-Marinduque PSO.

The activity commenced with a welcoming message from Barangay Kagawad Cesar Laceda, who expressed gratitude to the PSA for its initiative and for selecting Barangay Amoingon and selected residents as beneficiaries.

Following this, SrSS Imelda Miciano delivered a message, thanking the Sangguniang Barangay (SB) of Amoingon for allocating time and effort for the activity. She assured that the PSA will continue to support and celebrate the efforts of solo parents in the community.
