The Palawan Provincial Statistical Office in collaboration with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) and 4Ps Municipal Operation Offices, joined forces for the conduct of PhilSys registration and authentication services for 4Ps grantees and household members. This partnership aims to register all the 4Ps grantees and their household members in the National ID System, allowing a more efficient, targeted, and equitable delivery of social protection programs and services.

The PhilSys Team in coordination with DSWD 4Ps Municipal Link in Sofronio Española conducted National ID Registration, ePhilID Issuance, Transaction Reference Number (TRN) retrieval, and Authentication services during 4Ps Family Development Sessions (FDS).

The implementation of PhilSys incentivized registration of 4Ps beneficiaries was directed by Senator Rex Gatchalian, Secretary of DSWD. The registration of 4Ps beneficiaries will be considered as attendance in FDS for the period of February-March 2024. Further, the goal of the social registration in PhilSys allows 4Ps beneficiaries for better access to financial, social protection, health, education, and other government services.
