The Municipality of Naujan, Oriental Mindoro recorded a total population of 109,122 as of 01 July 2024. This comprised those residing in both households and institutional living quarters based on the results of the 2024 Census of Population conducted by the Philippine Statistics Authority.

The President of the Philippines declared the official count of the population through Proclamation No. 973 dated 11 July 2025, pursuant to Republic Act No. 10625, or the Philippine Statistical Act of 2013, and Executive Order No. 87, s. 2025.

The said municipality accounted for 11.9 percent of the 919,504 total population of the province of Oriental Mindoro in 2024. Moreover, Naujan ranked second as the most populous among the 14 municipalities and one city of the province.

Of the 70 barangays, Barangay Barcenaga recorded the largest population in 2024 in Naujan with 4,769 individuals, followed by Barangay Aurora with 3,551 individuals, and Barangay Evangelista with 3,297 individuals. The combined population of these three barangays accounts for 10.6 percent of the population of the municipality.
