Bansud, Oriental Mindoro – The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) MIMAROPA, in collaboration with the Police Regional Training Center (PRTC) MIMAROPA at Bansud, Oriental Mindoro, successfully deployed the PSA Serbilis Mobile Outlet on April 25, 2025. This initiative aims to bring PSA essential frontline services closer to the public.

The PSA Serbilis Mobile Outlet provides on-site printing and releasing of civil registry documents, including Certificate of Live Birth, Certificate of Death, Certificate of Marriage, Certificates of No Marriage (CENOMAR), and Certificates of No Death (CENODEATH), all within the same day of application. By eliminating the need for long travel and processing times, the initiative significantly improves public access to these vital documents.

During the one-day operation, PSA Serbilis Mobile Outlet successfully processed and released a total of 61 civil registry documents. The overwhelming response from the trainees of PRTC MIMAROPA underscore the importance of bringing PSA services directly to local communities, ensuring that more citizens benefit from fast and efficient service delivery.

PSA MIMAROPA extends its gratitude to PRTC MIMAROPA for their support in making this activity a success. Moving forward, PSA MIMAROPA remains committed to expanding its outreach efforts through the Serbilis Mobile Outlet, strengthening its mission to provide accessible and efficient civil registration services to the public.
