29 July 2025 - MABALACAT, PAMPANGA. The Local Civil Registry Office (LCRO) of Pola, under the leadership of Municipal Civil Registrar Ms. Analyn C. Gerner, proudly secured 6th place in the 2024 Search for the Most Outstanding Local Civil Registry Offices – Extra Small Category during the 4th National Convention on Civil Registration and Vital Statistics, held on July 29, 2025, at the SMX Convention Center, Clark, Mabalacat, Pampanga.

This national recognition highlights the LCRO of Pola’s dedication to delivering timely, accurate, and reliable civil registration services, despite being a small-scale office. The achievement is a testament to the team’s collective commitment to efficiency, innovation, productivity, and creativity in the implementation of civil registration and vital statistics programs.

The Most Outstanding LCRO Awards is an initiative spearheaded by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), aimed at recognizing Local Civil Registrars who have demonstrated exemplary performance in fulfilling their duties and responsibilities. The awards program seeks to inspire continuous improvement in civil registration services by aligning incentives with results-based performance and promoting collaboration within the civil registration community.

The Municipality of Pola takes pride in this achievement, which underscores its commitment to upholding the importance of accurate documentation in every citizen’s life from birth to death, and every vital event in between.
