PSA Occidental Mindoro conducted the 2024 Mid-year Performance Review Session

The Philippine Statistics Authority – Occidental Mindoro successfully conducted the 2024 Mid-year Performance Review Session held at PSO Office on 25 - 26 July 2024.

The main purpose of the review session is to revisit the accomplishment of the office, status of survey conducted, and the challenges encountered for the first semester. The Chief Statistical Specialist, Maribel L. Bernardo, PhD., led the mid-year review session and thanked everyone for their support and dedication to their accomplishment in the first semester of 2024, she hope for continued support of everyone for the upcoming activities for the second semester.

The two-day activity highlights the following: Review of the targets against actual accomplishment for the first semester 2024 work program, revision of assigned workloads among PSO staff, discussion of the best practices and innovation, review and update the ORAP and RRAP, and revisited the PSA field awards and manual of style.

The commitment and coordination of everyone can be credited for the success of the 2024 mid-year performance review session. Overall, the PSO staff will remain committed in ensuring that the office will comply with its deliverables.
