The PSA-Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office (PSO) conducted a press conference on 13 March 2024, at the Marinduque Provincial Statistical Office in Boac, Marinduque, to unveil the February 2024 inflation report of Marinduque. 

Ms. Gemma N. Opis, Chief Statistical Specialist, delivered a detailed presentation on the provincial inflation report, shedding light on the specific commodity groupings influencing price fluctuations and outlining the primary factors influencing the province's inflation rate. Following the presentation, attendees actively participated in an interactive session, seeking clarifications on the information presented.

This event garnered collaborative support from various provincial departments, including DILG-Marinduque, the Provincial Budget Office, Marinduque Provincial Agriculture Office, Department of Trade and Industry, Department of Agrarian Reform, Philippine Information Agency, Philippine National Police, Radio Nation FM Boac, and Provincial Engineer’s Office.
