31 August 2024 – PALAWAN.  The Provincial Statistical Office of the Philippine Statistics Authority Palawan has successfully registered 1,041,338 Palaweños in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys) this August 2024. Registration efforts continue to reach the target registration in the province to ensure a hundred percent inclusivity.

To achieve complete registration in the PhilSys, continuous collaboration and partnership with other agencies, like the Department of Social welfare and Development, Department of Education, Local Government Units and Provincial Government of Palawan were further strengthened by PSA Palawan.

The PhilSys Registration team went the extra mile to conduct National ID Mobile Registration in various Indigenous Communities in some municipalities of the province. PSA Palawan is committed in the implementation of the PhilSys registration to ensure that the National ID System has reached every individual, targeting those still unregistered especially the population in the marginalized sector.

Hence, PSA Palawan encourages everyone to be PhilSys Registered!
