31 March 2025 – SAN VICENTE, PALAWAN. The Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Palawan successfully conducted a two-day mobile registration for the National ID in Barangay New Agutaya, San Vicente, Palawan on 10-11 March 2025.

This initiative was in response to a formal request by the Local Government Unit (LGU) of San Vicente through the Office of the Municipal Civil Registrar (MCR), led by MCR Lucille C. Laong, in line with the Yakap ni Amy Program, which aims to deliver essential government services directly to communities.

Representing PSA Palawan were Registration Kit Operator Mary Ann Almerol and Registration Assistant Kim Alcantara, who facilitated the mobile registration activity and provided on-site services to residents seeking to register for the National ID.

During the event, a total of 105 individuals were successfully registered, of which, 69 were aged 5 years and above, while the remaining 36 were aged 0-4 years.

PSA Palawan remains committed to extending its services to remote communities and supporting inter-agency efforts that promote inclusive and accessible government services.
