PSA Oriental Mindoro and LCRO Victoria facilitates the Distribution of SECPA under Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP)

13 August 2024 – VICTORIA, ORIENTAL MINDORO. Through the joint efforts of Philippine Statistics Authority – PSO Oriental Mindoro and the Municipal Civil Registrar’s Office of Victoria, distribution of Certificate of Live Birth in Security Paper (SECPA)under Birth Registration Assistance Project became successful. Fifty-eight (58) beneficiaries were given SECPA last 13 August 2024 at barangay Villa Cerveza, Victoria.

The Birth Registration Assistance Project aims to register all the Filipinos in the marginalized sector which belongs the Indigenous People (IP), Muslim Filipinos and those belong in the poorest sector in the province of Oriental Mindoro.

Registration Officer I Mirasol F. Cena and Birth Registration Coordinator Jaybel V. Mojica of PSA Oriental Mindoro together with the personnel of MCRO Victoria spearheaded the said event.
