02 September 2024 – PUERTO PRINCESA CITY. The Palawan Provincial Statistical Office of Philippine Statistics Authority Palawan launches the “Rehistro Bulilit Campaign”: a National ID Registration for one to four years old at Brilliant Child Development Center in barangay Maunlad and at Mutya Child Development Center in barangay Masipag, both in Puerto Princesa City. The campaign targeted the mentioned age group to be registered in the Philippine Identification System (PhilSys). 

The registration of children one to four years old can be initiated through sequential registration in any PhilSys Registration Center. The children shall be accompanied either by their parent or guardian during PhilSys registration. The accompanying person must be PhilSys-registered prior to the registration of the children. Only the demographic information and front-facing photograph of the child shall be collected.
