In Barangay Duyay, the Sangguniang Barangay, led by Punong Barangay Allan Hizole,
welcomed visitors by organizing a walk through the village and distribution of leaflets by the
LCRO Boac personnel to the neighborhood.

Before the information dissemination forum, Boac MCR Ma. Dahlia M. Jandusay expressed
her gratitude towards the Sangguniang Barangay of Duyay for its unwavering support to the
activity. She also emphasized the importance of having a birth certificate to the lives of people.
Unregistered individuals were also listed down for verification to PSA database through the
Birth Registration Assistance Project (BRAP).

Distribution of Certificates of Live Birth in local copies were also given to the residents of the
said barangay. Meanwhile, the Boac LCRO team visited Purok Kansurok in Barangay Tugos and Cawit, on 07 February 2024, to provide information and mobile services to the community, including seeking a PSA copy of civil registry documents using the Boac BREQS. Possible target
beneficiaries were also listed down for verification in the PSA database, for the BRAP.

On the other side, another Civil Registration Mobile Services was held on February 15, 2024, in the Barangay Hall of Bunganay, Boac. BRA Matining, together with LCRO staff Lydia M. Semilla and team, were present to provide Civil Registration information and services to the citizens of the said barangay. Ms. Semilla responded to questions and provided advise to clients on their civil registry documents. 

February of every year is Civil Registration month, pursuant to Proclamation No. 682 issued on January 28, 1991, to remind Filipinos of their duty to register vital events in their life such as births, marriages, and deaths, as well as decrees, legal instruments, and judicial orders affecting their civil status.
