WHEREAS, Republic Act (RA) No. 10625 states that the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) shall be primarily responsible for all national censuses and surveys, including sectoral statistics, consolidation of administrative recording systems, and compilation of national accounts;

WHEREAS, Republic Act (RA) No. 1 1315, otherwise known as the CommunityBased Monitoring System (CBMS) Act, was enacted on 17 April 2019, institutionalizing the conduct of the CBMS in every city and municipality in the country;

WHEREAS, the nationwide roll-out of the Community-Based Monitoring System was conducted in 2022 and participated by forty-five (45) local government units in the MIMAROPA region;

WHEREAS, this year, Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, and Paluan, Occidental Mindoro, will be conducting the 2023 CBMS;

NOW, THEREFORE, ON A MOTION DULY SECONDED, be it

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That RSC MIMAROPA approves to support the conduct of 2023 Community-Based Monitoring System of Calapan City, Oriental Mindoro, and Paluan, Occidental Mindoro.

RESOLVED FINALLY, That all agencies concerned be copied of this resolution for information and support.
