WHEREAS, Article I of PSA Board Resolution No. 05, s. 2015, provides for the establishment of Regional Statistics Committees (RSCs);

WHEREAS, RSCs shall serve as the policymaking body on statistical matters and shall serve as the venue for discussion and resolution of statistical issues at the local level;

WHEREAS, Article III of PSA Board Resolution No. 05, s. 2015, provides that the RSC shall meet at least once a quarter on a date and at a place it may decide; and,

WHEREAS, the proposed schedule of CY 2025 Quarterly Meetings is on a date as agreed by the RSC members ;

NOW, THEREFORE, ON A MOTION DULY SECONDED, be it

RESOLVED, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, That RSC MIMAROPA approves and adopts the schedule of CY 2025 RSC Quarterly Meetings; and,

RESOLVED FINALLY, That all agencies concerned be copied of this resolution for information and support.

UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
